"It was a pleasure having Karen (Niche) Yancy assist with my best friend's 50th birthday cruise. She was very professional and full of knowledge, which made it a very easy process. She made sure that our dinner arrangements were set so that we could sit together as a group. She answered all our questions, as many of the members have never been on a cruise. We will definitely be using her again for our next year's vacation trip."
